Meet Our Founder
Tina Ellis, our founder, was born and raised in Germany, where her early years were shaped by travel due to her military family. These formative experiences ignited her passion for architecture and real estate. With over 15 years of experience in the private equity sector, Tina excelled in overseeing investor relations, honing her negotiation skills and developing a keen eye for identifying lucrative opportunities.
Since relocating to Sarasota in 2020, Tina has turned her focus to real estate, working closely with investors to acquire investment properties. Her in-depth knowledge of the investment landscape, local market, and expert negotiation abilities streamline the buying and selling process for her clients. She prides herself on a personalized approach, dedicating time to understand each client's unique real estate goals and needs.
Driven by her commitment to assist investors, she established her own real estate investment company. Her primary focus is on identifying homes with high Capitalization Rates (CAP), which provide solid returns and serve as ideal vacation spots for clients, creating a mutually beneficial arrangement. Beyond investment properties, Tina also helps clients find their dream homes and sell their old houses, leveraging her powerful network to secure the best deals.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with family, cooking, traveling, and staying active outdoors. Fluent in German, Tina loves connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, enriching her life and the lives of those around her.
